Communications from ITT


As a delegate, you will receive communications regarding the ITT Conference. This may include e-flyers, delegate offers and your delegate pack (via post). However, we can only communicate with you if you consent for us to do so.

Your consent preferences are stored in your membership record. If you wish to update your preferences, please use your unique link provided in your membership confirmation or membership renewal email. For any queries, please contact admin@itt.co.uk.

If you have opted out of receiving communications from ITT, you will continue to receive your delegate pack (via post) and personal communications about your registration from ITT staff/administrators, but you will not receive any other materials from the Institute.

Delegate List Consent

A list of delegates attending the Conference will appear on the ITT website, including names, positions and company names.

Conference App Consent:

  • The Conference App will offer you the opportunity to message other App users, post pictures & comments throughout the event, view the latest event programme and, after the event, you’ll be able to view the Conference session presentations.
  • If you choose to opt in, your personal details will be shared with other delegates including your photo, name, position and organisation. You will be able to send/receive messages from other delegates and post to the Event Wall.
  • If you choose to opt out, you are still able to use the Conference App, however your details will not be shown in the attendee search, you will not be able to contribute to the Event Wall and you will not be able to send/receive messages from other delegates.

Accommodation

Delegates will stay at the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel. You will be required to pay a fixed deposit of £300.00 to secure your accommodation. This deposit will be collected in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and passed to the Hotel. The remaining balance will be payable in Euros directly to the Hotel upon check-out.

Thank you for registering for the ITT Conference which will take place at the The Hilton Bomonti, Istanbul. Your registration is subject to approval by ITT, and will be based upon your membership of ITT being current at the time of registration and at the time of the Conference.
