In 24 years in ABB Marine, Teemu has built a career on simple principles, studying, sharing knowledge, and committing to tasks given. Teemu is a person who looks for inefficient and lack of processes, finds ways to streamline way of working, and consistently strives to boost the productivity of the team by coaching.

In free time Teemu exercises Triathlon, yet not in competitive manner but for own pleasure to stretch to the limits. Although Triathlon includes swimming, previously activities were more water intensive like sailing, diving and volunteering in Search And Rescue team.
