Mr. Raia's leadership roles at Costa Group and Carnival Corporation showcased his talent for innovation, such as integrating three cruise brands and implementing cost-saving sourcing models. His extensive background also includes a 13-year tenure at Accenture overseeing business and digital transformation programs.
