If you need to cancel your ticket please immediately inform us in writing. Refunds for chargeable tickets will be provided on the following basis and be subject to the following terms & conditions: - 100% of the total ticket value may be refunded if the cancellation is made prior to 12th January 2018 - No refunds will apply following 12th January 2018
