Édouard Phillipe

Édouard Phillipe is the former Prime Minister of France during President Macrons first Government (serving from 2017 to 2022) and is the current Mayor of Le Havre. From 2012 to 2017, he was also Member of Parliament representing the 7th district of Seine-Maritime.

In November 2021, he was elected President of the international network of port cities (AIVP).

He founded the Horizons party in 2021.

He holds degrees from Sciences Po and l’ ÉNA and has worked as lawyer for the French government and in the private sector before entering politics.
